Overview
Given the GT-R’s popularity as a road car, Nissan was prepared to turn its halo coupe into a racecar, and it already competes on the GT1 series, for Sumo Power. In 2010, the Sumo Power GT-R GT1 took the checkered flag at Algarve and also won the RAC Tourist Trophy race at Silverstone.
The GT-R GT1 is one of the ‘Rival’ cars in SHIFT 2 Unleashed, driven by 2000 FIA GT1 Champion Jamie Campbell-Walter, and if you beat the rival, you win the car.
