Overview
The design of the Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss was inspired by the legendary 300SLR racecar, and its combination of looks and performance are a fitting end for the design partnership between Mercedes-Benz and McLaren, two of the world’s finest automakers. Powered by the same 5.4-liter block used in other ‘SLR’ cars, the Stirling Moss has the same 640-horse V8, but is 400 pounds lighter due to the fact it has no fixed roof or windshield.
