An upmarket performance variant of Alfa Romeo’s compact Giuletta hatchback, the QV - Quadrofoglio Verde, or Green Cloverleaf – is poised to give its fellow hot-hatch competitors like the Volkswagen GTI and Renault Megane 250 a rough ride.
